Random Eatz catering starts at a $500 minimum for a two-hour event, with the final price based on your headcount, menu, and location. Smaller nearby events can sometimes be accommodated for less. A standard 15% gratuity applies, and a 30% deposit reserves your date.

What areas do you serve for catering?

We're based in Spokane Valley and cater across the Spokane to Coeur d'Alene area, traveling up to 50 miles for events — including Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls, and Coeur d'Alene. For larger events, we're happy to travel farther depending on availability — just ask.

What kinds of events do you cater?

Weddings and receptions, graduation parties, corporate and office events, youth sports tournaments, school functions, church and community events, birthdays, and private parties. If you've got a crowd to feed, we can help.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Yes. We serve vegan hot dogs and offer gluten-free buns, so guests with dietary needs are covered right alongside everyone else.

How do I book, and how far in advance?

Request a quote through our online form or by phone. Once you approve the quote, a 30% deposit due 10 days before the event reserves your date. Booking earlier is always better for busy weekends and holidays.

How does the day of the event work?

We arrive about 45 minutes before serving to set up the cart, tent, and tables (earlier if you request it), then cook everything fresh and made-to-order in front of your guests from a full toppings bar.

All-beef hot dogs, a variety of gourmet sausages and brats, and specialty "Random Creations" dogs, plus a full toppings bar and fresh-squeezed lemonade. We'll build a menu to match your event and crowd.
